OFFICIAL SONG OF THE "OAK ISLAND QUEST"

BACKSTORY:
Nova Scotia's remote Oak Island is the site of "The Money Pit" - which for over 200 years has been ground zero for the world's most intense treasure hunting and exploration. This is a true story. And a true mystery.

Beginning in 1795 (when the pit was first discovered by young Daniel McGinnis, an 18-year-old who was exploring the island), repeated excavations have uncovered mysterious findings, including layers of man-made artifacts over 150 feet down. Famous American celebrities and U.S. politicians have joined in the hunt - including Hollywood actor John Wayne and former U.S. President FDR. Up until now expeditions have ended in sudden collapse, mysterious flooding of the shaft - and death (6 men). Currently two brothers, Rick and Marty Lagina, are sinking millions into uncovering the treasure.

But today, the mysteries and the legend still remain: "What's buried at the bottom of the Oak Island Quest?" Join the journey of discovery through history. Explore the mysteries. Discover your own treasure. Enjoy the fun! "What's buried at the bottom... of the Oak Island Quest!" Predict to Play! You could be an INSTANT WINNER!

LYRICS:
Two hundred years ago – maybe it was more
This land was met by strangers on her dusty island shore
Deep within the earth far beneath the sky
They lay their mystery down to this day we don’t know why

Here beneath the sands men without a face
They lay their treasure down then left without a trace
Dug the pit then vanished – will we ever know the rest
The mystery’s at the bottom of the Oak Island Quest

Where are the men where have they gone
The mystery – who and when – that still goes on

Maybe it was silver – maybe it was gold
Maybe soon we’ll hold the truth before we soon grow old
Or maybe just the same the Legend’s really so
The ghost of Blackbeard sails the shores
We were never meant to know

Nova Scotia’s waitin’ – the vigil still goes on
A nation longs to learn the truth if the truth can still be known
And so the search continues we’re workin’ without rest
What’s buried at the bottom of the Oak Island Quest

Where are the men where have they gone
The mystery – who and when – that still goes on

Day by day we’re diggin’ – reachin’ deeper down
Some say the earth still holds the truth and the truth may still be found
But others dug before us and vanished with the rest
And took the mystery with ‘em on their Oak Island Quest

Will we ever reach the bottom of The Oak Island Quest
